OUR OLIVE OIL
Harvest Fall 2024
Our extra virgin olive oil is mainly made from olives of the "Megaron" and "Chalkidiki" varieties. The harvest took place in October 2024 with exclusively hand-picked olives from olive groves in the Petrousas region in northeastern Greece.
Cold extracted at <27°C.
Our olive oil is "Health Claim" certified (according to EU Regulation No. 432/2012) and contains over 500mg/kg of polyphenols, which help protect blood lipids from oxidative stress. The positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of 20g.
A first-class olive oil with balanced fruitiness, spiciness and subtle bitter notes. It goes perfectly with Mediterranean dishes such as baked vegetables, fish, meat, pasta, stews with pulses, soups and fresh salads.
Please store in a cool place - ideally 13°C to 18°C - and protected from light. Shelf life is at least until 09/2026.
