OUR OLIVE OIL
Harvest October 2025

Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is primarily made from "Megaron" and "Chalkidiki" olives. The harvest took place in October 2025, using exclusively hand-picked olives from olive groves in the Petrousas region of northeastern Greece.
Cold extracted at <27°C.
Our olive oil is certified as having a "Health Claim" (according to EU Regulation No. 432/2012) and contains over 500 mg/kg of polyphenols, which help protect blood lipids from oxidative stress. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 20 g.
A first-class olive oil with a balanced fruitiness, spiciness, and subtle bitter notes. It pairs perfectly with Mediterranean dishes such as roasted vegetables, fish, meat, pasta, legume stews, soups, and fresh salads.
Please store in a cool place - ideally between 13°C and 18°C - and away from light; then it will be usable until at least 09/2027.
