This is how Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made

The path of the olives from the tree to the bottle is completely accompanied by us.
The olives are harvested with great care. Within a few hours, they are transported to the olive oil mill in small, air-permeable harvest boxes and processed into an excellent extra virgin olive oil.
The technology of our modern olive oil mill allows us to continuously control and monitor the temperature, speed and processing time in the individual process steps.
First, olive leaves and branches are removed, then the olives are washed and dried by a blower.

The olives are ground into a paste in the knife mill (crusher).
The olive paste is only kneaded for a short time in the closed, vertical kneading machines and then enters the horizontal decanter.
Without adding water, the olive oil is extracted from the solid in the decanter.
The luminous and fragrant olive oil flows from the decanter!!!
Immediately after extraction, the olive oil is filtered. Filtering is very important to preserve the quality of olive oil for a long time.
The olive oil is bottled under vacuum in light-protected bottles.
Until the sale, the storage takes place in dark and cooled rooms.
